Registration Page

Due to a large interest in this event and the fact that there is limited space, we suggest registering as early as possible. Space registrations are not final until your credit card or check payment clears.

Registration is an easy three-step process:

1. Please see the red tables, below, to select the package that works best for you.
2. Fill out the form below the pricing tables to submit your registration.
3. Once you complete this form, you will be taken to a payment page. You can either choose to pay by check, credit card, or PayPal. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once payment has been received.

Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Children 15-18 must be accompanied by a parent only if staying overnight (Camp package).

If you are under the age of 18 and staying in a hotel room, you must choose the "EARLY-BIRD PRIVATE ROOM" package, below, which accommodates the camper and the parent.

Parents who are not registered attendees are not allowed to attend classes. There is a sitting area outside the rooms and WiFi access in most parts of the hotel.

Includes all the same features of the "Fantasy Package" plus
a hotel room at the Hyatt Regency at the Arcade
Saturday - Tuesday night, right upstairs from the camp.
Please note: you will be assigned a roommate unless you select the
"private room" package. If you need a room Friday night,
please let us know. DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS

All requests to cancel and for refunds must be made in writing and sent by Certified or Registered U.S. mail, and received by 5:00 p.m. [EST] on July 18, 2008, at:

A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received on or before July 18, 2008, at 5:00 P.M. [EST]. Refunds will not be issued for any requests made received after July 18, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. [EST].

Substitutions of attendees can may be made at any time without charge provided that the same package is being used and the attendees are of the same gender (for hotel room purposes). For a change in the package, or if the replacement is of a different gender, additional charges may apply due to higher hotel costs. Space for specific packages and hotel rooms is on a first-to-register basis.

FACULTY AND ENTERTAINMENT
bassFantasy.08 reserves the right to offer qualified substitute faculty and entertainment at our discretion in the event of the inability of a faculty member to attend, or other special circumstances, such as an emergency, illness, etc. If any such changes are made, bassFantasy.08 will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants by updating our Web site with the most up-to-date information. Attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee.

CANCELLATION OF EVENT
bassFantasy.08 reserves the right to cancel the event at any time at our discretion if deemed necessary due to a lack of participation or any other reason. If the event is canceled, all fees collected by bassFantasy.08 will be reimbursed by check. bassFantasy.08 is not responsible for reimbursing any travel fees, fees for accommodations not provided by bassFantasy.08, or other expenses.

There are no exceptions to the cancellation policy.

BEHAVIOR

All attendees of drumFantasy.08 are required to act respectfully and responsibly to instructors, camp and hotel management, other hotel guests, roommates, and fellow attendees.

Management reserves the right to discontinue any attendee's participation in any and/or all bassFantasy.08 events without refund if management determines that any person's behavior is disruptive or destructive in any manner. In the event management discontinues an attendee's participation, management also reserves the right to discontinue the attendee's hotel reservation that is part of the camp package.

OTHER INFORMATION

By applying to attend bassFantasy.08, you release and hold us harmless from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with bassFantasy.08. You agree to allow us to use your name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
